I do, but rarely. However, I hold those rare moments close to my heart and visit them when things get a bit too chaotic.

I've tried to answer this question about four ways now. I've been clever, recycled platitudes and drawn word pictures. The sad truth is I move through this world appearing to have what most people say they want. These things include faith, family, health, material possessions and the trappings of American success. Nevertheless, I don't know that I have ever had what I would call a moment of real peace.

The closest thing I have had was when I destroyed an ankle the week after a brutal wisdom tooth extraction and found myself on the receiving end of a double prescripted ration of percoset. But after being on narcotic pain meds for longer than I'm sure anyone intended what I found was that it wasn't really peace, it was a complete absence of pain from any source for about 30 minutes (and while I suspect that peace feels something like that it was clear to me that I was experiencing a cheap substitute - I understand how people can become addicted!!).

This answer sucks, I know that. But if it were within my power I would award you ten points for asking a compelling question. In less than 50 words you've given me cause to ponder my life and question some long held assumptions. In fact, I suspect your insight may be lost on most who respond. Thanks for the wakeup call.

Yes early every mornin when i drive to work.Where the freeway are few with cars and the sun still half way to the horizon. That is the only time i can find peace within myself, the only time i can think and block out all the chaotic in life which lay in my path.

Yes everyday, when I wake up in the morning. It took a lot of practice for me to that but when it finally came, the reward are greater that just living. It makes me realized how life good is, and there is no better in this world than at peace with yourself

As life goes by I find more and more peace within myself. It is the wisdom that only years of living can provide us.
My father use to tell me that life gives you 1/2 inch of wisdom every year after the age of 25 and then when you gather enough wisdom your too old to use it much.

To truly answer your question about feeling like an angel, there isn't enough descriptive words or loving words one could use to describe the humbleness, the meekness and the love along with feeling blessed at the same time while experiencing a little sorrow for those you touch for our heavenly Father above.

Sitting at the beach... no one around- sun setting, the amazement of it all- i could watch it for hours- so peaceful and calming. It shows you how huge this world is- and the wonder of it all. Also... flying- looking out the window ( you have to have head sets on so you dont hear all the people though-lol)- thats just amazing.

I'm always at peace with myself, it's not that difficult a state to live in when you accept the things and situations in life that you aren't in control of and make the best of those that you are.

Find things you love that bring you joy.
When you do, you'll know how I feel when I sit at night and play music while my daughters are falling asleep.
I have two angels that bring me peace every day.

Yes I have- I've come to terms with who I am and what I can and cannot do, only took about 15 years to find myself though.
