I want to put a bolt into a PVC pipe. I am going to use the bolt to thread the PVC pipe and then put a nut and washer on the other side. I was wondering what would be a good type of glue/sealent to put around the threads of the bolts before I screw it in? Gorilla Glue isnt recommended for PVC pipe. Would super glue be good? Keep in mind the bolts are, of course, steel so I don't think PVC cement for this would be good. What would be something good to use? Any additional ideas on how to reinforce it more would be appreciated.

Get a transition fitting with one end that accept the size of the pipe and one end with treads that fit the treads of the bolt.
Use pvc glue on the pipe end and teflon tape around the bolt treads.

The hardware store carries fitting so you don't have to do this, they carry thread fitting. You use pvc primer and pvc adhesive for joining fitting. Orther glues won't work, you need pvc glue and primer.

Plastic pipe hangers, they hang pipe.
