her dryer probably doesnt have a cool down cycle and the clothes get over heated. Have the heating element checked out.Cottons wrinkle easier than knits and towels too,.

She is probably over drying them. If the machine is not equipped to measure the moisture in the clothes or it is broke, this can happen.
Tell her to check the clothes every 5 minutes till she gets the feel of how long it takes to dry the clothes. Check each time for wrinkles.
When she knows how long it takes she can set a timer and remove the clothes when it goes off. Hang them right away as they will be warm and any wrinkles will fall out .Knits if folded right away will smooth out .

Check the filter and the exhaust vent on the outside of the house also she might be trying to dry them on delicate

She needs a new one. Plain and simple. Tell her she cannot think that the dyer her family has passed down from generation to generation could possibly still work. "Sick" funny.
