I'm sorry to say it but healthy and fast ways to lose weight don't fit in the same category.
Doctors recommend you lose no more than 1 lb a week. But that is still a considerable amount.
I would say take a simple approach: 30-45mins of exercise a day, 1.5-2Litres of water, 3 serves fruit and 7 serves vegetables. Try and incorporate some protein with each meal to help keep you satisfied for longer. And definately eat carbohydrates!!!!
These sort of changes will show you losing weight, and you will be able to keep it off. It's a lifestyle change - so make sure you make changes you can live with.
I lost 20 kilos by doing those things, and I'm happy with how I'm living. The first change I found helpful was cutting out snacking unless i was feeling really tired - then I would have a piece of fruit. Keeping your meals to certain times each day will also regulate your eating habits, and you may find you stop being hungry between meals and can easily resist the urge to snack.
Most importantly: don't make drastic changes, or you WILL go backwards. This is not so much a psychological issue, but your body fighting back when it realises it is starving.
Good luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Being that your married - plenty of sex. You may not lose a lot of weight but your husband will love you for it. Also a diet of foods as close to the way GOD made them. Lots of water, whole grains, fruits and vegs. stay away from sugar, white flower, white rice, processed foods. you can snack on fruits and vegs. walks with your husband are great exercise and a great time to share.

i believe it's best to just eat healthy and do some excercise. doesn't have to be anything major, even if you can get out and walk once a day. good luck to you in both!
