Just solve for y....
-2y = 10 - 5x
y = (5/2)x - 5
This is the second question you've asked like this. It isn't hard once you understand it. Just put slope intercept form tutorial in your search window and you'll find lots of online explanations. Find one you like and go over it till you understand it. Bookmark it becuase it is probably linked to explanations of other topics you'll need in math as well.

you use the y=mx+b formula
5x-2y=10
you minus 5x from both sides of the equation to get y by its self.
-5x -5x
then you get
-2y=-5x+10
then you divide everything in the problem by negative 2
-2 -2 -2
which leaves you with
y=5/2x-5
