I said people because the voters vote in the liberals judges who are letting these predators out. One man rapes a four year old boy over and over and admits to it, Judge gives him 60 days, now he's out and free to hunt down another. There are way more incidents. At least here in Alaska and many more States they finally have jessica's law. (Minimum sentence 20 to 25 years) We need to scream, protest, anything, but be silent. I called and emailed like crazy to change our laws. Vermont does not want them put away.

No aberration, it`s the truth. It happens again and again in Vermont.
Because the majority of people in Vermont are secular progressives and believe there is no such thing as evil. You must understand the predator and walk in his shoes and not judge. Forgiveness rehabilitation and education will save the day. Right up until he does it again.
As for the children whose lives have been ruined? They will get over it.

Sickening isn`t it

That's a pretty broad brush statement to say that all Vermonters are pro sex offender because of the actions of one particular judge in one particular case.

That would be like me saying that all Alaskans are soft on incest because your state has a lot of unreported sexual abuse of young women by fathers and other male guardians in the rural part of your state.

That would be a false statement, just like you branding of all Vermonters as pro sex abuser.

Also, about your statement about Alaskan sex offenders getting 20 year minimum sentences - as I said above, your state has a lot of unreported sex crimes, so that 20 year sentence thing would only apply to the small fraction of Alaskan rapists who actually get arrested.

Perhaps Vermont jails more of it's rapists than your state does, and that one case was an abberation,or maybe there were special circumstances that your garbled and partial account leave out.

First, I stay in VT and have self assurance me we are also horrified. To my understanding the case that delivered the interest to all this very last summer the position decide Cashman made nationwide information - he admitted that he hated the sentence that he gave, yet VT regulation does no longer enable molesters to receive remedy even as in detention middle. So turning the guy lose became discover out a thanks to make remedy mandatory. became it ideal? No. My understanding is that the regulation became being replaced. the problem is that a lot concentration is being placed on severe taxes, better drug crimes, and the likes are taking the most objective off of the position it would want to properly be. We are also out of reformatory room and deliver a lot of our offenders out of state. we favor to provide up sending some human beings to detention middle for stupid such issues as getting stuck with marijuana. save that detention middle area for the others. As for molesters, I nonetheless say a extra perfect punishment once stuck - castrate them and dose them up on sexpersistent inhibitors.

Since pedophiles and wife abusers are overwhelmingly conservative, i found here in our red state that conservative judges were more likely to be lenient to rapists and abusers.

Rather than doing distracting nonsense like attacking liberal judges, just work for the specific laws and measures you need.
