Radio waves travel at the speed of light, which is 3.00 *10^8 m/s. How many minutes does it take for a radio message to reach Earth from Mars if Mars is 9.9 *10^7 km from Earth?

330 s. You don't even need a calculator for this.
D= S*t, convert KM to m, distance = 990 * 10power7.
990/3 = 330.
remmember this is approximate as both earth and marss are in motion and you need to account for that. however their velocities are significantly lesser than the speed of light!
