Most likely you aren't gonig to go into labor and have the baby tomorrow, but it's possible. Good luck and congratulations!

Chances of labour tomorrow are as high as labour today or the next day or the one after that.
You may not feel anything that indicates labour coming on and you might just find your waters break or you have a "show" or you may just start to feel strong contractions.
Sex is a great idea (helps if it ends in you orgasming as it'll make the cervix contract), stimulate your nipples loads too that'll help. Walking is always a great idea aswel as it'll thin you out some more but I'd just recommend you keep kind of active unless your not in a great hurry then I'd recommend you get some well needed rest. Labour is hard work and if your well rested you'll last through it with that much more ease.
Good luck either way. It's such an exciting time.

1st time babies seldom come "on time". I was Nearly 3 weeks late. But, if your already dilated to a 1 and 60% effaced. It won't be long. Do alot of walking. And believe it or not... Sex helps. Something about the sperm helps your cervix to soften/efface. The more your effaced the easier and faster you will dilate. Nipple stimulation also helps.
I know at 40 weeks your miserable and ready to meet your new little one. But take your time relax and enjoy what time you have now, 'cause once your little one makes his/her arrival... you'll be busy busy busy.
Huge hugs to you... Your little one will bring such joy and happiness! Good Luck!

You could go any day.
Your chances? I'd say pretty good. For a first time mom, 60% effaced already is great!

I know these are the longest days of your life. I was overdue with my son by 5 days and it felt like 5 months.

Congrats on your baby, he or she will be here soon!

Have some sex no really, the sperm has a hormone that helps the cervix dilate more. Walking didn't help me but if you are 60% effaced you are on a roll. I have five children including a set of twins and I never delivered on my due date until my great-granny told me to "get some" Congratulations!

awww congradulations mommy on the soon to be born baby!!!!! I would say to walk walk walk and when u feel like stopping walk some more. it will be hell i know but hopefully it will help. have sex. the sperm of a man can help the water to break. my Doc has me already sceduled to go in to induce labor if it hasnt started by my due date. it will be my 3rd and last. i dont know if that makes a difference. i hope everything works out great for u. good luck and God Bless

Since your due date is only an estimate it could still be another week or your baby could surprise you and meet the world tomorrow. If you can start in the morning and walk you tushy off. This may help baby drop more and help you dilate more. Good Luck!!!!
