Yes. By seeing the good in life, I am able to remain optimistic. I tend to think that everything bad that happens can teach us something and therefore opens a door for me. In other words, bad things generally allow something good to shine through.

Of course, if I didn't there would actually be no such thing as good in life. People have such minimal standards on what the good things in life are they let them pass by everyday without notice.
If you ask most people what they consider the good things they would say money, big house, big cars and lots of sex. To me that has to be a pretty shallow thing to look forward to.
The best things are so simple to me they may not make much sense to others. Good life is; Green grass, seeing my grandmother smile, seeing my daughter laugh until she pees on herself, knowing people care for me, Starbucks, having all 5 senses and having the beautiful sun rise on my face every morning. That is what I call the great stuff in life.

Absolutely all the time.
I've been told that I'm naive.
I believe that always thinking of the positive instead of being a cynic is a better way to live. At least I know I'm FAR happier.

Well yeah certainly, not everything as bad as it seen. I tried to have an open mind and see thing in life as it offer. For me a problem in life is not automatically consider a bad thing. Every problem have a solution, and every solution create chances in life. By knowing when to take your chance and know what to do with it, surely ur life wouldnt be that bad. Just my thoughts dont expect every 1 to agree.

Yep. Even if it causes me trouble. I'm the guy who gives his last dollar to someone in need, who gives the stranger a lift, who stops to help someone fix a flat tire. You have to take a chance that life is good. That people are good. Even if they aren't show them that they can be.
Show them love. Brotherly love, and you'll get more out of it then they ever will.

Attitude really is a choice.
I choose to be positive and caring in all things, always. Even in difficult situations, I try to be kind.
It's very easy to be negative. It doesn't take skill. It doesn't take practice. It doesn't even particularly take passion.
Being positive does. It's a lot harder to master.

Yes, always. This principle is easy to espouse but much harder to achieve. Easier for healthy, free, educated people in Western democracies.
Harder for sick, underprivileged people in third world countries.
Nevertheless, the principle is worth pursuing.

Its impossible to always see the good in life because it takes away all of that experience, but yes I actually do try my best to see the good in life, it never hurts to be grateful.
