Of course every conservative on here will blame the Dems, Clinton, Ted Kennedy and maybe even my dog if it fails.

Trick question because he will never 'take blame' when and if it fails.

I am completely convinced he is going to fight any kind of alteration of his plans until the day he leaves office. Why? Any alteration from his plans admits he was wrong. He fully intends to pass defeat and/or responsibility on to the next guy.

No, just listen to what he says. During his speech last week he admitted that mistakes were made, but he didn't admit to making any himself. And on Sunday night when asked if the 130,000 troops deployed at the beginning of the war wasn't enough, which is of course it wasn't, Bush only said it could have been a mistake. Bush lives in denial.

Yes, Bush would readily admit any mistakes. He has honor, dignity and integrity in this area. And as for your claim that conservatives like to issue the blame elsewhere, likewise, Dems like to blame everything on Bush. The only reason Dems desperately want us to fail in Iraq is so they can gain power politically and look good. Of course many of them (like Hilary) originally voted in favor of military action in Iraq.

Liberals automatically blame President Bush for everything under the sun, it's about time he got credit for the work he is doing.

People need to take responsibility for the war as a country. I haven't been on any peace marches myself but we as a country have accepted Bush as president.

By the way, cool pic. I mean it as I just got done busting someone else about their Avatar.

I don't blame him for not going into details on his mistakes. If he fails, he will have no choice about taking the blame. It will be piled on him.

A liberal in Montana?! C'mon! I've heard the President taking the blame numerous times, but I'm sure you've missed that part.

Bush will take the blame for anything!

Bush can even take the blame for gay sex, because he knows that no one will be man enough to ask him to resign

Remember NO? Bush "....I take full responsibility..."

He seems to be willing, he is putting he neck on the line. We wont be blaming the Dems, but they dont get the glory, becuase they were a pain in the neck almost althroughout the war.

Well if it fails due to funding being cut by congress, they surely can blame the Democrats!

Especially since Nancy Pelosi said that they might cut funding.
