It saids " FREE SIGNATURE COLLECTION.Item of your choice with any $10 purchase ( up to a $10.50 value ).

what does that mean? does it mean that i have to buy something worth $10 and then i get to use the $10.50. Or does it just mean that i can buy anything up to $10?

You have to make a $10 purchase to get your free item. You can pick any item from the signature collection (which is stuff like lotion, body wash bubble bath, etc. that come in many different scents)that is less than $10.50 for your free item. Which is almost anything from that collection.

It means that you have to spend at least $10 in order to get the free item. The free item can not be something that costs more than $10.50.
