I see pictures of all the things I want to do in my life and all the dreams and aspirations I have for my daughters.
I say 'thank you" constantly while I'm contemplating all the blessings I've been given.
A thankful heart lightens life's burdens exponentially.

I start building my dream world. It's my way of relaxing and falling into sleep. I'm also trying to learn how to do lucid dreaming, so I try and constuct what I want my dreams to be. Doesn't always work, but I end up falling asleep very quickly! :)
