I have to write and present a speech about Nursing. I already have an Introduction, 3 body paragraphs, I just need a conclusion (the ending.

So far, I wrote about why I chose nursing as a career, the benefits and salaries, my experience from volunteering at a hospital and prejudice in nursing (regarding male nurses). I need help on how to write my conclusion. THANKS!

Take the topic sentences of your paragraphs & use those in making your conclusion. For instance:
In conclusion, I believe I gained significant experience in my volunteer work at (whereever). My research shows that the benefits and salary range are sufficient for my needs and, as a male, despite the often existing prejudice, I would be an asset to the profession.
Something like that. Good luck.

Ordinarily, the conclusion of a speech is a time to do two main things: (1) indicate to the audience that the speech is about to end - a useful way to reconnect with anyone whose attention may have wandered before you (2) summarize your main points, reminding the audience of what you were primarily trying to convey.

Note: You don't absolutely have to summarize in the same order as you mentioned the points in the body of the speech. In the case of the points you have mentioned above, you might want to rearrange them so that you end on a positive point (e.g., why I still choose nursing even though the volunteering experience was sometimes difficult and the profession has flaws such as the ongoing prejudice against male nurses).

Good luck!

Basically, with a speech, you tell what are going to say (intro), say it (body) and sum up what you said (conclusion). Good luck!
