I think you are trying to get us to answer test questions for you. You won't learn much that way. Do your work, read the text, LEARN! You really can't count on the answers you get here anyway, like the password answer.

1. What is the binding order in Windows?
a. Click Start, click Run, type ncpa.cpl , and then click OK.
You can see the available connections in the LAN and High-Speed Internet section of the Network Connections window.
b. On the Advanced menu, click Advanced Settings, and then click the Adapters and Bindings tab.
c. In the Connections area, select the connection that you want to move higher in the list. Use the arrow buttons to move the connection.

2. Familiarize yourself with DNS Configuration.
The resolution of names through the use of Domain Name System (DNS) is central to Windows operation. Without proper name resolution, users cannot locate resources on the network. It is critical that the design of the DNS namespace be created with Active Directory in mind and that the namespace that exists on the Internet not conflict with an organization's internal namespace.

Use the Win32::NetAdmin's UserCreate() function.

Start>Run>type 'cmd'>press 'enter'
Start>Run>type 'command'>press 'enter'

At the command or cmd prompt - type 'net use /?'
or, open my computer>select tools menu>select Map Network Drive...

8. How would you reset a password?
right-click 'my computer'>choose 'manage'>hi-lite 'local users and groups'>open 'users'>right click the users name and choose 'set password'
or Start>control panel>user accounts>choose acct and set password.
Or, with AD Users and Computers.
Or I would boot to my linux disk and modify the SAM.
