I can't tell what the a*** means (too many letters for as.s)
But cracker means white person. It was started quite a while ago back in the 70-80's, maybe even 60's (I was too little then to know for sure). When white people were a little more ignorant, during those times, and used the "N" word frequently, the black man came up with his own dererogatory word for white people.
I tried to say that tastefully and hope I didn't word it to where it offends anyone, but thats what/where it came from.

oh well when someone is called a cracker they are being accused of being a crackhead, or use crack.
crack is slang for cocaine.
