when I click Firefox, it pops up but nothing loads, the screen is blank, it says it is waiting for the site's name in the bottom left corner, I do not know what to do, it was working all today except at like 6.30, i have never had a problem before, help please!

Your modem and/or router may need to be reset. Turn them both off for two minutes then turn on the modem first, wait for all lights to come back on indicating proper functioning and then turn the router back on. This is because having a signal from your router show up on your computer does not mean that you are actually getting an internet connection.

try right clicking on the internet signal symbol,see repair click on that and windows should repair it for you,that's what i do when it happens to me.
