what kind of deskstop we will use 5 years from now?

Answer is......NONE!

Actually, I think that only high end users will have PC's For the rest of the people, they will be doing "Cloud" computing. Basically, I think all we are going to need is a dumb terminal that can do http. We will be able to do everything we need to do, online, including save and publish our files.
