You're probably thinking of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder also known as OCD. It's unhealthy if the desire interrupts a normal life or consumes one's thoughts and actions.

Believe it or not many people work in fields requiring everything to be clean and perfect. Some examples are: doctors, nurses, lab technicians, medical research assistants, veterinarians, motel/hotel workers and restaurant kitchen staff and those who prepare food. There are of course others who insist on raising a spotless perfect child. In some careers, it is a wonderful skill to be organized and a little compulsive but when OCD has gone too far a person is truly unhappy if things are not in order and spotless because this is how they feel they are getting a little control over situations they can't overcome. There is help for OCD by seeking the help of a licensed Psychologist.
In my profession, I can usually spot the overly clean customers because their fish die from the aquarium being kept too clean or they don't want children to have a pet because "pets are dirty."

i forgot what it is called, but it is not very healthy. It is a disorder and you need to try not to be that way. I too am like you but it doesnt have to be perfect with me just clean. Try to think of it like this. Say to yourself "ok , I will give myself a few chores to do and you need to be happy about getting those few you wrote down done. Be happy with that. Also, r u single? I am and maybe that is why. Think about it. Good luck!!!
