Ok, I'm undecided on wheather to message someone "I love you" or not... I havent seen them in almost 7 mnths and i I really miss them soo much, I'm afraid that I'll never see them again, so should I email them and tell them?

Depends on the situation. But if you love someone and you might never see them why not. Tell them you love them.
