Does this mean that the person/s who didn't "get" my wiener/hot dog question/joke and thought I was being a perv (it got removed) will have one of their questions removed?

It might happen. When people say 'what goes around comes around' I always think of it as the flu, when it goes around, someone else gets it, so it comes around!
