I like gelato, it's a healthy, Italian form of ice cream. It is delicious and good for anyone, so I love that. I don't have ice cream very much, because of its excessive sweetness, but I do like chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and cookies 'n' cream. The healthiest would probably be vanilla. Oh, leave out chocolate, actually. It has a lot of saturated fat, so I'm cutting that out from my diet!
