For an agency to take the appropriate action they need to be aware of the circumstances. Reference the Company's policy and procedures in filing complaints... Do they have a grievance procedure or open door policy? Always contact HR (Human Resources) when available within an organization. Also be able to provide supporting documentation. The position that I have @ work... I encourage employees to bring this type of behavior to my attention. By no means are Supervisors above the rules.

A couple of legal law suits and workmans compensation claims. It is this behaviour that ruins life for us in the workplace. I have given a url that has an excellent article on preventing workplace bullying and harassment with a technique that stops it in its tracks.

what it will take is for employees to stick together and all complain , but the trouble is so many are afraid to say anything thinking they are going to lose there job cause they are here illegally so that makes it look bad for us that are citizens we'd have no back up so it makes me look like i'm lying so its my word against theres . hopefully they will lose there job i wish they had someone looking over there back seeing how they are doing there job thats what they need they think they cant be replaced .

walk out--quit.........
