Yes, it was a very good movie , Al Gore seems very intelligent and seems to have done his research on the topic I would actually like to buy the movie because he gets quite detailed and I would like to watch it again, in fact my wife and I are now considering a hybrid car,
I think everyone should watch this movie, no matter of political affiliation, unfortunatly some wont because they listen to Rushbo or Hannity and think if Liberal crap, which is so sad, why is it ok nowadays to ingnore the truth that science and research are telling us? Its time for us to wake up I worry like he said our grandkids will one day ask why we didnt do anything to save our little blue planet

I bought one for myself, and 5 more for friends. Sure, the theories are questionable, but better to go with questionable theories and work toward a solution and be wrong, than to hide from reality and be wrong. Whether or not the information proposed is 100 percent corellated or not, the information that we are experiencing a global warming trend is true, and it could lead to the extinction of mankind. My worst fear is a "The Day After Tomorrow" scenario, especially if we could avoid it at the expense of an economic slowdown and a move away from rampant consumerism.

I think it is everyone's Civic Responsibility to see this movie. I would like to go again or purchase it (and I never buy movies). According to Gore, who does NOT talk that much about his election, there is a consensus about global warming among many hundreds of scientific studies - 100% agreement. Media articles and lobbyists are the sole source of doubt - manufacturing it to 'protect' industry, and create controversy for their newspapers, etc.

The basis for the entire movie is an outright lie. There is not a scientific consensus on global warming. Notable, well-respected scholars at big name institutions, e.g. Richard Lindzen of MIT, do not believe much of what Al Gore claims is 'no longer debated.'

Very thought provoking and what is even more scary is the keepers of the "Doomsday Clock" plan to move its hands forward next Wednesday to reflect what they call worsening nuclear and climate threats to the world. Think its time we all started re-cycling, but I also feel we are coming to the end of the oil age.

i think it has an over all good message but its riddled with al gores story about how he lost the election and all. if he really wanted people to know these things about the environment he wouldnt make it so self glorifying. it was a good movie but he should have had some humility and left his campaign out of it.

No. Saw and read reviews. Not worth paying to see a bunch of questionable theories.
