anybody know how to get more flexibility and range of motion?

I tried hot Yoga a few years ago and thought it was great for flexibility. The heat loosens your muscles allowing a better stretch. Yoga is great for a full body stretch and strengthen. Look up Yoga studios in your local area and see if they have hot Yoga. Good Luck!

Stretch - get a book or video from the library

Lots and lots of stretching. Yoga probably wouldn't hurt either.
