Don't try Limewire. It will take eternities. Use the torrent network. Go to either www.isohunt.com or www.mininova.com. They're both great websites for finding applications. Just do a search when you get there. I'd recommend getting Windows XP more than Windows 98 though.
Don't listen to Node. If illegal software caused me grief, I wouldn't even recommend it. Well, listen to him/her if you're a very moral person. I try to be moral, but when it comes to computers, the internet, and free stuff.... meeeehhhh. =D

Win 98 was never free and probably never will be. The illegal software other's refer to will cause you nothing but grief.
