Claire or Laina.
Last name is Slough and I like Brielle, Noelle, Mary (My Late Grandmother), or Bailey for middle names. Or any suggestions. Thanks.

Claire wins by far! There's no comparison. I prefer Clara though, especially with Slough...but either are excellent choices. Laina sounds kindof nasally, I prefer Alaina and Laney is a cute nn. But Claire just sounds better when said aloud, and also looks prettier on paper.
You could use any of your choices as middle, I like Clare Noelle, Clare Brielle the best.

Although Laina sounds pretty, with your surname I think Claire is more suited. Laina Slough can read a little like 'lane slow'. Claire Mary Slough is nice (with sentimental value), as is Claire Noelle Slough. The names Ariel and Amiella are very pretty and seem to go with the flow of your suggested names.
