There is a rumour going around that if you have no Celtic blood running through your veins and you are pure English you are on the next ferry back to Germany or Scandanavia depending on wether you are of Saxon or Viking descent.

The european parlaiment are about to pass a new law that the Celts re: Cornish, Scottish & Welsh are going to be the new rulers of Britain.

They say that the Welsh themselves have been inhabitants for more than 5000 years, while the English only arrived 1000 - 1500 years ago.

Is this true because being a Welshman I cant wait.

Actually, you'll find that most people who call themselves British will have some Celtic blood in them. When invaders come in, they tend to intermingle their DNA with the locals, and vice versa. So after a few generations, the mix is fairly thorough. If you are looking to kick out anyone with viking blood, then every Scot with red hair will have to leave, everyone with a surname ending in -son will have to leave (eg Anderson etc), because that's where these came from.
Anyone called Lombard will need to go back to Italy, because originally they were called Longobardi.
Why not rip up your older roads because the Romans built a lot of them.

The list is long.

The Welsh walked over from France sometime shortly after the second Ice Age, Buddy. Then got trapped without sea-going vessels when the Romans invaded. The Welsh are basically the Irish who couldn't swim!
Maybe Scandanavia doesn't sound so bad then!
