Yes. Most employers have certain rules about ethics. If a woman is messing with a married co worker that shows a lack of ethics and the two of them can loose their jobs.

A very strong possibility especially if its against company policy. They can try and hide it but sooner or later itll get into the company grapevine and there will be hell to pay. Not worth losing a job over, not to mention what else if it ever got out beyond the company walls.

It depends. If she's discreet and the man isn't her boss or she's not the boss then usually no. But if he or she is a manager or something then yes, more than likely. Also, is the boss friends with the man's wife, if so than you can bet yes ...there will be trouble.
