I know i can connect my video game system to my tuner card, but how do i do it?

your TV tuner card should consist
of a TV -antenna jack, other connections etc.

and your AUDIO / VIDEO connections
basically, a white, red and yellow jack -> White and Red stand for Left and Right Audio, Stereo sound, Yellow for Video

your video game system should consist of these, follow the colours, and insert the wires into the proper jacks.

now since you have a TV tuner card, it must have come with some software, in your software instead of the TV channels, go to AV (stands for audio video) just like a normal TV, you should be able to play your game system on the computer that way
