I think that you should listen to your coach,after all he is a coach.He probably sees some potential in you so don't quit just yet.If your so-called friends think that you're bad that would make me even more determined,I'd take it as a challenge.Good luck.

Keep at it. Your coach would know better than your friends if you are good or not. Sounds like they may be jealous

DONT listen to your friends your coach is a professional and he knows what hes talking about your friends dont and youll make friends on the bball team NEVER GIVE UP and dont let others tell you you cant do it
