Say, a person picks up a small stone from the ground and holds it in their hand. As the stone warms with heat of the hand, the person also experiences and feels the coolness traveling in his/her hand given by the cool stone. Is there an exchange?
Can this be considered talking or having a conversation?

There is actually no such thing as "coolness." There is only heat and it transfers through objects. The "coolness" that you feel is really the heat leaving your hand. So, I guess if there's "talking" it only goes one way. So, no, it is not considered talking, and I'm not exactly sure why you think it would be.
