Not much when I was there many years ago, but then the '04 hurricane season put a real hurting on the area. Not sure what's there anymore. It's a very secluded resort spot. You may have to drive a ways to find anything "happnin' ".

My finace and that i went very last 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and it rained the total time we were there (in basic terms wanted to preface my reaction with that). a mess of the motels were closed because of the typhoon the three hundred and sixty 5 days earlier, so i'll't say a lot about the position to stay. As for eats.... there's a neat eating position on Captiva Island called the Bubble Room. The nutrients is high-quality, although the ambience is tremendously neat to make certain. there became also a very positive jazz bar called Ellington's, which could be an staggering position for a romantic dinner for you and your husband. there is stay music each of the time, yet make confident you call ahead to ask if there'll be a performance that evening. The island isn't a very bustling touristy position. i might want to study it to Hilton Head, SC. No college spring breakers, and so on., it truly is positive. that is in common words a quiet relaxing community the position you may kick lower back and take a spoil from each thing.
