Whites hanging around more with Blacks? Blacks hanging around with Mexicans? Mexicans with whites?? .. question for some research paper. ..open to criticism. (even if i aint, im going to recieve some bizzare answers.. so shooot away!

Uh, 'Mexican' isn't a race; it's a nationality.
Your list is far from comprehensive; Europe, Africa, and Mexico are not the only inhabited places on the planet.
In the past, people have tended to segregate themselves, and stick to those of their race (or, sometimes, nationalities).
As I understand it, the next generation coming up is less inclined to do this than generations before them.
And to that I say "Halli-f*ck*n'-luyah!"
With any luck, the whole (mis-guided) notion of race will go bye-bye.
The sooner the better.

The races that are most compatible with each other, irregardless of color, ethnicity, nationality, etc. are those that share common interests, goals, objectives, and demonstrate respect, consideration and compassion.

well i would say whites with blacks mainly because i hang out with them , more then whites and im white by the way

All races should be "compitable" with each other, as you say...
No one should really ever care about the ethnicity of someone unless they're.. nah, I won't say it here.

compatiblity does not have anything to do with race. It has to do with personality, relationships, commitments,etc. race might play a role, but its not the magor factor of that role.

Open minded people are comfortable hanging out with other open minded people, no matter what color they are. Bigots are only comfortable with people just like them.

i will say white with black.
because there are still some whites racist who can't accept that blacks have as much right as they have in this country.
