If I would get a degree(Esl degree). May I have to take a TOEFL exam ?

You don't need anything to take a TOEFL exam. Just go to ets.toefl.org, pay by credit card and registar to take a test in a city near you.

Level 4 means nothing to me because ESL schools have their own level system. If you are in level 4 of 8, or 4 of 16, it makes a big difference.

I teach TOEFL and can predict, based on the writing in your email, you would score around 55 on the TOEFL iBT.

I suggest going to a Kaplan centre and taking a free practice test. http://www.kaptest.com/
Then you could know your score more exactly.

Even if you finish all the ESL levels, I am pretty sure you will have to take the TOEFL if you want to go into School?College because those are the tests they look for when you apply. Sorry about it... However, don't worry, it is not that bad... we all went through it!!!
