but it Must be a TERRIBLE case of whatever it is.

It is totally normal for one testicle to be slightly bigger than the other, the same way one breast of a woman is larger than the other. No body has perfectly equal-sized testicles and this isnt a cause for worry. They would remain so throughout life, and nothing needs to be done about it.
However, if the difference in size is abnormal, or if there is a growth inside the scrotum, then the condition should be shown to a doctor.

You have to remember that each ball is a separate entity, and as such has the right to not be compared to it's twin. There may be some differences, it's important to let each develop it's own character, personality, and look. Just be supportive.

if iam correct,i think what your asking is,why 1 of my balls are bigger then the other.well 1 of them are usually bigger then the other 1 and also 1 of them usually hangs lower then the other.its ok,mine is like that and theres nothing to worry about.
