You should just see your doctor before you flip out. However, the hormones in birth control can delay your menstral cycle if you take them wrong. If you don't stop taking the pill the days you are suppose to, or take off the patch the week you're suppose to not have it on, or take out the nuvaring when you're suppose to have it out, your period will not start because you're still releasing the hormones into your bloodstream. At the same time, if you didn't start them back when you were suppose to, meaning you took them so many days LATE, then for several days following that, you were unprotected and susceptible to pregnancy.
You have to think about whether you have done anything differently, if you JUST started on the b.c., or if you were taking other medications (i.e. certain diet pills or herbal supplements) that interact with oral contraceptives, some do. But really, I wouldn't freak out until I got an expert opinion, give it a few days or another week, and see the doctor or try an over the counter remedy pregnancy test.

Don't worry. Because you are worrying, it will most likely happen soon anyway. Stress often triggers mine to start. 3 days late is nothing. Mine can be either a week early or a week late. Sometimes it just happens that way.

The white stuff is likely in basic terms regularly occurring vaginal discharge. earlier you start up your era, you'll see different indications of puberty- hair below your fingers in and on your pubic section besides as breast progression. i did not start up my era till i became 16 and that i continuously felt so weird and wonderful. In hindsight, I desire i'd not were so apprehensive about it and in basic terms been satisfied. that is the type of discomfort now =). also, i'll continuously tell i'm about to start up my era after I start up crying for no reason. i'm getting very emotional even as all my hormone degrees drop, it truly is the first concern that takes position earlier you start up. Stress can do a lot to affect the menstrual cycle; if you are worried that you might be preganant, you could literally be blocking your own cycle from starting. If you *are* worried, get a pregnancy test and use it.

Happens all the time! Try not to WORRY, (yeah, right), because you're making the situation worse. You'll start...=)
