Pretty Self Explanatory. Deleted it (accidentally) and want it back. Is it possible to regain w/out cost? If so, how?

Windows Messenger or MSN Messenger?
If it's Windows Messenger then you need your Windows CD, and you reinstall by going into Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, Add/Remove Windows Components. I believe it's in Communication.
If it's MSN Messenger, you can download that from Microsoft for free.
Are you sure you deleted it? Have you checked your All Programs list in the Start menu?

You could try a system restore command or simply re-download it from msn.com.
To run sytsem restore in windows, open
start
all programs
accessories
system tools
system restore
Then select restore and a date before you deleted the program. I would re-download it!
