yes to Maui, Honolulu, Kauai, all of Hawaii is beautiful.

Ka'anapali Beach on Maui (West Side of the island). There is a jetty of lava rock called Black Rock. It was the best snorkeling in the area, and it's just off the beach. Better than the crescent shaped island that you had to get to by boat.
Stayed at a fantastic 20-some-room Bed & Breakfast called Plantation Inn. It's georgous, and they treat you like royalty!

Yes I was in Waikiki back in the seventies for a few months mainly looking for a job and unfortunately didn't have time to sight see. I went to a Cat Stevens concert while I was there though and that was a thrill. Would really like to go back and actually do some sightseeing.

My sister asked me to visit her in Hawaii but I backed out because I had a girlfriend I didn't want to leave. I don't even remember her name.

yes i stayed on the kona side of the big island we went all over the island even up to the top of the volcano
