That is exactly what we have- though we have two sets of crossties as well.
All you really need is a large metal shed. Depending on how much room you want with all your things, it can be from 20-40k for the building. Look at http://www.usmetalbuildings.com/ for an example. That is probably going to be an expensive site, but local firms are usually cheaper.
All you need then is to build the rooms/stalls inside and you can use any stall/tackroom layout and put it where you want against the metal wall.

Well the easiest thing to do is get some graph paper, and consider each square a half a square foot, or a square foot to make it simple. So you know that one square is one foot, so it will be easier to design a 12x12 stall or bigger. Design the barn your self, then google barn builders in your area (I would have done this but I don't know where you live) go to them and tell them you want this barn built. Or you can simply google small barn plans in (your area) or just small barn plans. You will be happier normally if you do it yourself.

it is relitively easy to make blue-prints yourself just think of the design jot it down then do all the measurements to make sure it will fit in the area you want it to!
