Looks to me like a broken iPod...
Might be a scam, but PayPal (From that auction site) has consumer protection which protects you against scams (or at least it used to...)

oh my goodness. that is a crime.
don't buy one of those.
it is CERTAINLY a piece of junk.
it will break and you won't be able to get it fixed.
Just spend a little more and get an iPod Nano. you will love it.
honest.
