I would really love it if anyone who knows a lot about computers & the internet could explain what the problem could be that won't allow me to visit www.allure.com? I type in the link, the magazines home page comes up, and within 10 seconds, literally every single time, the little "e" on the piece of paper in the upper left corner of my screen on the blue bar that currently reads "Yahoo! Answers - Get answers, ask questions, find information - Windows Internet Explorer provided by Yahoo!" for some reason, on the Allure website, changes to a white little box and any pages I have up on the internet disappear. It basically takes me off the internet. What could be causing this? It seems odd that I can't access a particular website, let alone a fashion magazine site. It's getting really frustrating and I have no clue who I should contact - the magazine's website, my internet provider, Norton, I'm clueless. Hopefully someone will be able to help. Thanks in advance. :)

I have a free AOL e-mail so I tried checking out the site via AOL and I experienced a problem with it too, but instead of the page disappearing it said "Stack Overflow at Line 0" What might this mean?

I tried adding it to the Trusted Sites and instead of taking 10 seconds, it took 13 seconds. Could this be a virus? It seems weird that it's only effecting the Allure website for me. Any more ideas?

It may be a security setting in norton preventing you from accessing the site. Try disabling norton temporarily then try accessing the site. Hit Ctrl R to reload the page when you get there, just in case.

If that doesnt work, try using an alternate browser such as Firefox or Opera.

up top of this page click on Tools / Internet Options / click on the Security tab / click on Trusted Sites / click the sites button / type in www.allure.com / click on add / Ok / close the browser then reopen and try that website again

if that doesnt work do this

click on Tools /Internet Options / click on the Privacey tab / and move the bar to the left down to "Accept all cookies" / uncheck the popup box if its checked / click on apply then Ok / then reboot your computer

this should definately get you into that site

i admire appeal, it incredibly is plenty greater state-of-the-artwork then seventeen. I examine seventeen whilst i became a youngster, yet now that i'm 25, appeal is my selection, alongside with Marie Claire and Cosmo.

you may have to turn off your popup blocker
I was able to access it okay, so it's not the actual website.
