i wake 4:40 am then i dress then put my uniform on then grab my keys n cell n ipod then put them in my jacket then i go to the bathroom to brush my teeth n hair then i go do my bussness you wat i mean and then i go pick up my sandwich and soda not a great breakfast

i leave around 5:00am to5:30 i have to punch ibefore 6:30am i like punching in 6:23 and im a slow walker and i dont good

A banana, a small carton of yogurt, and a box of fruit juice. If you need more, add a low-fat bran muffin.

NEVER EAT A BANANA OR YOGURT FOR BREAKFAST. They both contain a reaction that produces melatonin. Melotanin is what you need to sleep. Eat your banana's and yogurt at night. Apples are actually like aspirin in that they are a blood thinner. Apples do a better job of waking you up then coffee. Try foods high in B vitamins that get your body going in the morning. Remember, B vitamins spark energy. Stay with these type of foods throughout the day. Then do not eat them in the evening if that is when you plan to go to sleep.

A box or bottle of Fruit and Vegetable Juice. A hot cup of cream of mushroom (or whatever you like) soup also gets me through the day. Lots of instant soups on the market where you just add hot water.

I like Carnation Instant breakfast and some fruit. I usually cut up/wash my fruit the nigh before so i can grab it on the way out the door.

My favorite quick breakfast is one of those drinkable yogurts. I have a long commute, so I sip it as I am sitting in traffic. I also have a cup of coffee with it. That usually fils me up. Also, I always have a big bottle of water with me. Usually, after meals I chug that, it fills me up.

You can buy these drinks called Up and Go's from any supermarket and they taste great but fill you up perfectly.
