My favorite person from the 1920's, otherwise known as the roaring twenties, was Henry Ford. The Roaring Twenties were of 1920's because jobs were becoming into outrageous things at the time, and the automobile was invented by Henry Ford. Many people wanted to work for the automobile Ford company. So Ford created the assembly line so many workers had one particular job to do. They could finish six cars in the time it would take an individual to finish one. The assembly line was one of the greatest inventions yet to me. Also, the automobile. Henry Ford also had a friend, as you know from the tire company, Firestone. Yes, Ford's friend was named Firedstone, who was the man who founded the rubber tire company, Firestone. Firestone was the first tire company to ever exist, which built tires for his good old buddy's company, the Ford Automobiles. So two friends worked together to create one complete automobile. Ford made the car using his invention of the assembly line. And Firestone made rubber tires out of gum from the gum tree, and flax. Also, fun fact here, did you know that tire rubber was the same rubber used to make chewing gum? Bubble gum, also. It struck me when I learned that facts 4 years ago. So I said to myself, "I'm chewing on a piece of rubber tire?". The answer was surely, yes I was. I hope you learned some information about Henry Ford and his good old buddy Firestone!

Besides my grandparents---

I would say Charles Lindburgh. His heyday was in the 20's and he inspired a whole generation with his courage in flying over the Atlantic and his perserverance. He also showed great strength when his child was kidnapped and killed.

My hubby says his favorite is Walt Disney. First in animation, a dreamer, showed the whole world that you can make your own dreams come true. He changed society and culture (business, entertainment and technology) for the US and the world over.
