I wouldn't want to teach for them given a choice.

But you could point out that they provide a lot of their own materials, which are useful for teachers starting out who are not ready to do extensive preparation on their own. You could say the materials a pre-prepared so this allows you more time to focus on your students.

The materials have been used for decades and seem to be extensively used. This may point to their usefulness.

Likewise the method has a long standing existance and is used all across the world.

(I do have reservations about the inflexible methodology used by Berlizt, but best not to mention these in the interview if you want the job). :-)

i wouldn't want to teach for berlitz. that place is like a factory and they treat their teachers that way too. and....if you are asking for the purpose of filling an application...i'm not sure you'll make the best teacher if you don't know why you want to teach.

but just to give you some ideas.... 1) because you enjoy working with motivated profesionals 2) you have a desire to help people improve their communication so they can apply it in a real and imediate way 3)you can figure out another one

You wouldn't. They treat their teachers poorly and their methodology was outdated in the 70s!
