This guy made some very nasty comments to me and I reported him. (He's in my class, and I'm a sophomore in high school, if that helps anybody.) For the past few months, he hasn't really done anything, but every now and then, something really awkward will happen. Like he'll make hand gestures (don't know if they're meant to be vulgar or not, but they appear to), look at me really weird, or dance around near me. I don't really think I'm in danger, I never have anything to do with him, but the things he does just make me uncomfortable. Now he shook his butt as I was walking by, and it's not overt or anything, but it's kinda obvious it was directed at me. Should I report him to the principal again? even though my parents wouldn't want me to unless it's more serious, like a perverted comment or something. cuz then it might be too late. thanks!

The guy is sexually harassing you, which is a form of bullying. Yes, I would report it again to the principal, if you think the principal will back you up. Otherwise, report it to another adult you trust and respect (such as a favorite teacher). Trust your gut feelings. You are uncomfortable for a reason. Though he is using more subtle tactics than before, he is still acting inappropriately toward you. Good luck.,

if he's just doing this in class--my suggestion to you would be to start writing down what class-what time--who he is and what he does. Document what he does--it can really make difference if he continues and this should end up in court. If he gets to a point where he id constatntly annoying you again--then -yes-report him. Don't go anywhere alone--I caution you--he may be trying to irritate you into reporting him again. But--if he gets out of hand--you will have the documentation when go in to report him.

It depends upon the funny story and the way humorous it's. His appears aren,t fundamental to the funny story. If the funny story is just too vulgar and simply mentioned for vulgarities sake, it isn,t that humorous. It,s like a youngster pronouncing some thing vulgar for surprise importance.

Save the drama for something that he does like touching you or saying horrible sexist remarks. This behavior is immature but doesn't warrant sexual harassment (yet). Keep your distance but realize he is acting like a third grader.

Yes report it when it happens.
and report it every time if it is overt. Write what happened down and document it if it is only slight but keep it documented.

good question

Well I would suggest that you report him before it gets any worst, becuase he might start touching you where you dont want to be touched. So report him.
