No. They have Vas Deferens which is the equivalent. Fallopian tubes carry the maturing egg to the uterus for placement to be fertilized. Similarly, the Vas Deferens carries the mature sperm from the testicles through the penis when necessary. This is why when a woman is permanently sterilized it is called 'getting the tubes tied' and for a man it is a 'vasectomy'. In both procedures the tube is cut so that the egg or sperm cannot get to the desired destination therefore preventing pregnancy by preventing conception.

No, silly! Fallopian tubes are the little tubes that the egg uses to go from the ovary into the uterus to be fertilized.

Don't listen to these guys they're just messing with you. Of course men have falopian tubes, only they're in our nostrils instead of our abdomen. If you get the right angled mirror and beam of light and look long enough, you'll see em. But if you dont at first dont give up, stick with it and they'll reveal themselves...good luck...oh and when you find them whatever you do dont tickle em, heaven help a man who sneezes out his falopian tubes. Might as well turn in your man key right then and there.
