I find biology boring, and I want to be interested in learning it. How can i make myself find biology more interesting?

Read books outside your syllabus but on the subject. Illustrations are a must.

Just think about how things work and stuff, and if you have a question, present it the next day. Dont be lazy and play games or chat as soon as you get home. The best way to learn is to ask, and to ask means to be interested. Id trust that you will find Sex Ed interesting enough.

Some people are more "hands on" than just visual learning. I think you look up certain things online ( there is a lot to cover in Biology) and take from there. See if there are any Bio labs at your campus.

Try to find out biological aspects of those things which you find interesting. Anything that involves humans can be linked to Biology as humans are biological entities. While reading a topic in Biology, try to relate that topic to something in your life that you like. E.g. If you are reading heredity, try to think about yourself and and your siblings and find out how much you guys resemble your parents and what could be the biological reasons behind it.

go to a museum...are you a kinsethic learner (hands on)? You can also try an aquarium...You might also want to do an internship or volunteer in something that might relate..to see if you really like it...hands on experience is the best way to understand it...it is easier then reading it in a book sometimes (most of the time). good luck! the most important thing is ..have fun...
another idea is ....sometimes looking at kids biology books (elem school, preschool) is easy..it is in easy to understand terms and breaks it down better...for the understanding...

you have to study it... like in biology... i used to hate the dam thing... but then i started reading and studying for test and stuff... and some things just kinda became interesting... and how bout that whole dissecting thing! lol, yea... its fun... and even though it takes forever to get there... its worth the rest... oh ... and if you think its boring... its gonna be boring... you have to know that youre forced to learn it... might as well make the best out of it...
