This could just be urine. Since there is more pressure on your bladder, a forceful motion like sneezing, coughing, or vomiting can cause you to leak urine. You should go to the doctor just to make sure it isn't amniotic fluid. They will just put a small paper test strip in your vaginal canal to check for this.

I would have this checked out asap. It could be that you're leaking amniotic fluid, it could be sweat if you're sitting on a leather or vinyl seat or it could be urine. I would have it checked out though becuase if it is amniotic fluid there is precautions that you will need to take to prevent premature labor. If you wait and don't get it checked out and you do go into labor it's not likely they will be able to prevent the delivery from happening.

If you're using a doctor for the delivery I would go to the hospital, if you have a midwife call her.

Good Luck!

at your stage in pregnancy It could be the amniotic fluid--that is clear like and smells kind of sweet.
OR it could just be normal wetness--which is also common at 29 + weeks
Call your doctor for a checkup just to be sure though

Yes you need to go to the doctor right now. I leaked water for a week with my 3rd son and ended up having him at 34 weeks.

Yes you need to get checked out immediately because it could be some amniotic fluid leaking out.
