PSAT help???

Is 1350 good? My friend told me he got this, is it a passing score.

On the PSAT the highest score is a 240, so I don't understand. Unless you converted it to an SAT scale, and if you did, then it menas it's around average. There's no such thing as a passing score, it's to measure intelligence, so you can't fail, but you can get it all wrong.
Again, if you converted it and I understood it correctly, than it's actually a pretty bad score. Average is like 150, i guess.
