Krakow is a city in Poland (a very beautiful one, if I may). It was an important center of the Jews of Poland, and 25 percent of its residents were Jewish. The Germans took a part of the city and bordered it to a Ghetto known as Krakow Ghetto (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krak%C3%B3w_Ghetto).
The (true) story of Schindler took place in Krakow.
Judenrate (German for "Jewish councils") were administrative bodies that the Germans appointed to manage the everyday life of the Ghetto and mediate between the people of the Ghetto and themselves (the Germans). The people who were chosen to be part of the Judenrate were the most important people of the Jewish community of the city or area in which the Ghetto was set.

Ghetto, originally, is an area of a city were Jewish community is held. In the context of the Holocaust, it has a whole different meaning:
During the first years of the war, before the "final solution" was carried out, the Germans concentrated the Jews in one place and separated them from the rest of the population. The areas in which the Jews were gathered were called "Ghettos". The Ghettos were set up in the middle of main cities, and Jews from the close area were brought to live there. The Ghettos were very small, and they contained thousands of Jews in extremely low conditions. A very high percent of the Jews who died at the Holocaust died at the Ghettos due to the lack of food, lack of water, extreme crowdedness, diseases and executions (by the German soldiers).

Amon Goth was a commander of the SS and the commander of Plaszow concentration camp. Goth administrated the camp, tortured and killed many prisoners and shot over 500 of them to death in personal.

Schutzstaffel (German for "protective squdron", initials: SS) was a largest military organization of the Nazis.

Ghetto is neither German nor Jewish, it is Italian. Its origins are the Latin for Egypt. It was the part of an Italian city where Jews were allowed to live. The word spread from there.
